Mary Call 1970 Taught Rita to Make Homemade Pizza
Make Two 9" pizza or one extra thick huge!
2 c. warm water
Sprinkle 2 t. yeast (half pkg) over water
2 T. vegetable oil
1 T. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 c. flour
add 1/2 c. more flour again & again until "Dough"
use about 1 1/2 T. veg. oil on pan. Spread dough.
Spread layer of Tomato Sauce (Prego or plain, etc.)
The last (top) layer is mozz. cheese only. As
oreo or Bald like room mike, anything.
Between the sauce & the cheese layers
Any cooked meet or deli meat and any
cooked or raw vegetables (Not wet) can be
added. (Pineapple and canadian bacon (or ham)
is called Hawaiian Delight as we had in Boise, Idaho)

w/pesto (one page)
+ blanched broccoli
mozz. cheese
Onions
Shrimp
Broccoli
Crab
(We went to lava in the hot springs, then came home for A&W root beer-modeled pizza.)
