1975 Mom Eve’s Stuffed Pork Chops
- 12 chops -
Ask butcher for double thick (about 1¾") chops
with a pocket on the bone side.
Fill with about
stuffing -
2 T. ea. Dampen outside of
margarine chops with 1 T. water
c. Shake in “Shake ’n Shake” for Pork - 2 Pkgs.
ground sweet - NOT Place chops on rack
2 c. with pocket up &
oatmeal through them with
(in 2 T. sauer.) Bake 1½ hr. in 3 oven (over for time)
saute cover
1 med. ½
onion greenpepper +
nutty seasoning
2 t.
salt
pepper
Toss above ingredients to stuffing.

Serve with Steamed brown bread, baked potatoes
and celery, carrot sticks, pickles, relish.
*7:00 dinner
Carrot sticks etc. prepared earlier + set out 4:00
15" make brown bread - done + in steamer by 4:00
30 make stuffing + prepare chops - have in oven by 5:30
Quick Baked Beans:
4 16 oz. B+M Canned Baked Beans
½ onion
½ greenpepper; sauté in sauer.
¼ c. Ketchup
1 heap t. mustard
2 T. brown sugar
Heat on stove + transfer to hot pot.
