``` Rita 1995 Pork trans.: (light Sweet Broth) Ingredients: 3 med Red Potatoes 1 med Turnip 2 med parsnips 8 med. lg. carrots 2 med. onions 2 C. water in pressure cooker with spices. (No Bullion, No salt) Dashes of: Black pepper Thyme Allspice Sweet Basil Saute Lightly fry in 1 T. water & Black pepper Dash coriander, garlic, Japanese 3/4 to 1 lb. small piece tenderloin of beef + onion. I mash onion & cut meat into very & serve. (To save, separate broth to avoid absorption) LEFTOVERS Scotch Broth (served Sunday dinner every week in Scotland) Put into pot (1/2 full of water) cold past dried add barley + peas to cold water? Simmer all day Add carrots (bite size) & turnip about 1-2 hr. before done. Add shredded cabbage (1/2 c.) 15 min. Aug. 1976 Nora Barbara Love Hurst's writing 1 beefshank 1/2 c.
