Choice Clam Chowder (Very very Best I've Ever Made) "A Rita Original" Feb. 4, 1993 Pressure cook in 1 c. water + one chicken bullion cube. Cubed: 2 med. onions 5 med. potatoes Drain. Add 1 qt. half & half 1 chicken bullion cube 2 - 6 1/2 oz. "Snow's" minced clams - 4 oz. sliced or grated cheddar cheese 1/2 t. pepper Heat + serve. yield: 6 bowls "Excellent" Oyster Stew Notes '96 2 jars of oysters (1 lb. shucked) with liquid 1 Quart of 1/2 & 1/2 Salt to taste Cut-up oysters—but do not wash them! Put juice + oysters in a pan + simmer till ready to use. Put 1/2 & 1/2 in the pressure pan, as milk scalds easily. Bring to a boil + pour in the cooked oysters. Add paprika at the table. Serve with oyster crackers + Baking Powder Bread Buds.
