Angie's Oriental Casserole

Boil rice on dry side & cool
& set aside to
stir fry later.

Put margarine in pan or oil
add finely chopped onion & 4 eggs
scrambled. Stir fry
Remove onion & chopped eggs
& set aside.

Use Oriental frozen "quick & easy" stir fry
veg. with Broccoli, pea pods, carrots &
water chestnuts. Stir fry in pan with
oil from onion & eggs. Add soy sauce
and pinch of Chinese International Brand
five seasoning.
Add fried rice.
Add cooked chopped Ham or Chicken Breast

Add bean sprouts last 1 cup
Use fresh bean sprouts
Or fresh mushrooms
I used mushrooms
I used 1 pkg Rice & Sauce Pilaf +
1 cup rice, in 2 cups water for 20 min
& fry in stir-fried cooker
