Recipe for: "Dumplings"

Makes 8-10 dumplings
½ recipe makes 5 dumplings
- Use 1 egg for ½ recipe
½ cup milk
1 egg
1 Tablespoon oil or melted shortening
1½ cups flour or more
2 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon salt + little pepper
¼ teaspoon parsley flakes
Mix well + drop by spoonful into boiling stew. Dip spoon into stew before each dumpling. Cover and cook 15 minutes. Have Burner on simmer!
