Guacamole Dip - Rita (Keeps in refrig for a week) 1 carton Avocado dip (8 oz.) 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.) 1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (8 oz.) Beat together and put it on a plate with ledge when ready to serve. Put topping of grated cheese, salami bits, or any other meat cut in small bits, olive slices, a little shredded lettuce or whatever - maybe tomato chunks for color. Cover on top of the dip, but do not cover dip completely. Dip is green in color + looks so pretty! Use Lay's "sour cream & onion potato chips" to eat it. Dipping right off the large plate. Nice for luncheon or snack. Good Luck - Mama
