Omelet
- Blend 3 eggs with 2 Tablesp. milk
- Heat a skillet (pan) with Serves: LOVES
- 1 T. butter til sizzle (but not brown)
Pour eggs in, tilt pan to cover bottom.
Lift pan so uncooked egg flows under
- Top 1/2 with your choice (Be creative)
Cheese (about 1/4 c. Cheddar grated) Crisp
Bacon, herbs: thyme, marjoram, basil, chives, parsley
Western: onion, fully cooked ham, green pepper
Tomato (not too wet)
Jelly: 2 Tablespoons lid on pan,
Half fold over & Cover (about 20 seconds)
My Original Pumpkin Waffles
With Raisin Sauce
2 eggs beaten with fork
2 c. pumpkin (frozen - over 1/2 is liquid)
2/3 c. dry milk in 1 1/2 c. hot water
2 c. flour (approx) with following SIFTED
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg
4 t. baking powder
2 t. soda
1 t. salt
3 T. sugar
