Add dissolved yeast. Add flour to make a stiff dough. Lots of kneading makes better bread. When dough does not stick to fingers, lightly grease dough & also a large pan and let— raise in a warm place with cloth over it, till double in bulk. Knead down & let raise again, knead down & put in 3 or 4 loaf pans that have been well greased. Let rise in pans 1½ hrs. Bake in 350 oven about 45 min. or till brown on all sides.
