Yield 2 Rolls * 15 1/2 x 10 1/2
5 c. strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
Puree st. 1 c. at a time. Add sugar & process
Line 2 * cookie sheets
pans with plastic wrap
Use dehydrator or 150° oven 5 hours
(Turn pans every 2 HR)
Remove plastic wrap
Cool & roll to store
Keeps 1 mo. at Room Temp.
3 mo. in Refrig
1 yr. freezer
