Recipe for: "Pretzel Jello"
from the kitchen of: Grandma T.
(Three layer dessert)
I.
Crush 2¼ cups pretzels
not too fine,
Add: 4 Tablespoons sugar
¾ cup oleo, Mix well
and press in 13"x9" cake pan.
II.
Bake 10 min. @ 350° Saranoven.
Cool
2 cups cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar & layer over the
"cooled" pretzels - Refrigerate
III
6 oz. pkg. jello. Raspberry or strawberry
2 cups boiling water - cool
Add 1 pkg. frozen raspberries to jello
when slightly set, pour over the
II layer. Put in refrig to set firm.
