(Rhubarb custard Pie) Beat slightly 2 Egg (large) add 3 Tbsp milk mix & stir in 2½ cups sugar ¼ cup Gold metal flour 3/4 tsp. nutmeg. mix in 4 cups cut up red rhubarb. Pour into Pastry lined pie pan Dot with Butter. cover with lattice top serve slightly warm can also mix 1 cup pineapple (omit)- 1 cup rubarb (Mom Sieverding's writing) (Bake) 400 oven for 10 minutes & turn down to 375° for another 50 minutes (Bake 60 min. total)
