Raw Apple Cake - Ann Filson's -
2 eggs beaten
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
½ cup oil
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
¾ tsp. salt
2 cups chopped nuts
4 cups finely chopped apples
Bake in 13"x9" greased + floured pan
Oven 325° for 1 hour
Beat eggs + add sugar + vanilla + beat. Then beat in the oil till smooth. Sift dry ingredients together + add to egg mixture. Add nuts + raw apple
Mix well.
