SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

Combine: 3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup milk 1/2 cup butter
Beat with mixer until smooth. Spoon into a greased 2 qt. casserole.
TOPPING: 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup butter
(Use only half this much!) Sprinkle pecan pieces over top.
BAKE 350° FOR ABOUT 50 MIN.
or until “set.”
