Recipe for: "Dutch Meat Loaf"
from the kitchen of: Grandma D
1½ pound hamb.
1 cup fresh bread cubes
1 onion (chopped)
½ of a 8 oz. can Hunts tomato sauce
1 egg beaten slightly
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
Lightly mix & form a loaf in a casserole
Combine the following topping:
½ of a 8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Pour this topping over meat loaf and put in oven
Bake 350° - 1-½ hours
