Fried Macaroni (Chip's Dish) Cook macaroni as directed on package. (They were so old - took too many). Drain in colander & rinse under cold water. To keep it from sticking together - drain well. Place large chunk of butter in electric fry pan. Add 1 large onion (finely chopped) to butter and cook over till tender. Add the well drained macaroni, salt & pepper to suit taste. Let fry till slightly brown stirring often. Let fry about 15-20 min or longer if desired.
