Recipe Chicken Divan

- 1 16 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 3-4 c. Cooked Chicken, cubed
- 1-2 Cans Condns. Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 c. mayonaise
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. P.F. stuffing crumbs coated w/ melted butter
serves 6-8
Cook broccoli. Arrange in a baking dish.
Place bite size pieces of chicken on top.
Combine rest of ingredients except crumbs and pour over chicken. Sprinkle w/ stuffing crumbs. Bake covered at 350° for 30 min. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes to toast crumbs.
May be prepared ahead and refrigerated.
Bake a few minutes longer if cold.
I also have frozen this uncooked, thawed and baked.
Six Chicken Breast Filets
(buy 3 large -> 1/3 breasts meat "steaks" 5"x2"x1" thick)
Preheat oven 375°. Sprinkle meat w/ soy sauce.
Place chicken on broiler pan (don't broil)
Saute 3 small green peppers (sliced) in butter.
Place atop filets.
Mix 2/3 can crushed pineapple with 1/4 c. brown sugar + spoon onto filets. Bake 50 min.
Serve w/ fried rice Chinese.
