Tortilla's Chilli Stack
Grandma (Eleanor Sieverding Forsberg)
Sauce:
Brown 1½ pounds ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
Add: 1-15 oz can tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons mild chili powder
1 teaspoon salt-
Simmer together, then add one
15 oz. can kidney or Chili beans (drained)
In a casserole put a layer
of sauce, then a layer of cheddar
cheese (med.) then tortilla shell.
Repeat layers ending with
tortilla shell & cheese on the top.
Bake @ 350° till hot & bubbly
about- 45 min.- 1 hour
Garnett's Steak Tip Sandwich
(Garnett Low)
Cut London Broil into thin slices - brown
on all sides, add chunks of sweet Italian
sausage & brown (stir fry method.)
Add mushrooms, green peppers & onions
(chopped fine) Stir fry.
Put this in hoagie buns (soft/or hard)
